Dec 2011 This was our first property purchase in Canada and we were totally blown away with Dale's approach to this 'alien' procedure.
Our questions were answered promptly, she spent time with us to understand what we wanted and offered guidance on properties we viewed, then when the decision was made on the property we wished to purchase Dale worked non-stop until the deal was completed to our satisfaction.
Even then, she made an inspection visit after the vendor had moved out and before we moved in finding a couple of previously unseen issues she was not happy with and worked to resolve them.
